anchalle(あんチャレ) – anchan challenge – my real beginning

#anchalle, #anchallenge is a good exercise for middle ages

Do you really want to transform your body and life?
If you say “Yes”, I strongly push you to do one workout challenge called “anchalle(あんチャレ)”

This challenge makes you habit to do workout and make you base to transform your body. And workout is so simple, only 2 exercises and using HIIT method. Maybe you know that HIIT method employs “Tabata regimen(or protocol)”, so very very simple but you can believe it makes a difference.

Do you know this report? I didn’t know it and in this report;

After three months of interval training, everything converged towards what we saw in young people.

So long time I practiced HIIT training and found myself this report is right after I read it. Of course I was not clinical test subject but I had an experience with the effect of HIIT, so with confidence I recommend you to do HIIT.

10sec: Preparation
20sec: Jumping Jack Burpee
10sec: rest
20sec: Mountain Climber
10sec: rest
20sec: Jumping Jack Burpee
10sec: rest
20sec: Mountain Climber

20sec: Jumping Jack Burpee
10sec: rest
20sec: Mountain Climber
10sec: rest
20sec: Jumping Jack Burpee
10sec: rest
20sec: Mountain Climber

This is one routine, two routines one set and between each routine 1min 40sec rest.
So one set almost 10min and simple and easy exercise, right? But trust me, if you don’t have any habit to do workout or never do workout long time, this challenge is so hard than you think.

For our human that walk on two legs, the motion to lie down and to stand up in a row is the most harder, so Burpee exercise is very very good workout. And Mountain Climber is the best core workout. So just repeating only two exercises you can change your body!

As this challenge, I strongly recommend to continue 21days if you don’t have any habit to exercise or if already have s habit to exercise, ex. 3 or 4 days a week, you just do this challenge one month as your planned.

The purpose of this challenge is;

  • make habit to exercise for persons who do not workout
  • learning basic HIIT workout for everybody

If you can do this challenge with your specified period of time, you can change your mind and transform your body and life for first step.
