learn and master skills

On this site we strongly recommend you to learn and master some skills(strength training exercises) to keep your good health. Because you should form an exercise habit and last your exercise habit.

To master some skills you need to do a lot of some basic exercises. For example if you start learning bar muscle up, you should do pull up, chin up and straight bar dips. As doing pull up, not only normal pull up but also high(explosive) pull up you should do exercise. And when you do straight bar dips, sometimes you need do pull over to set your body up for dips. Furthermore after mastering muscle up, just only one time you made it, maybe you’ll think you want to so more reps. That’s what you should do more basic and improvable exercises for muscle up. So mastering and learning skills is really good for not only transforming your body but also never getting tired of continuing to exercise.

So what kind of skills you should master? I recommend you 5 skills to transform your body and stay good healthy:

  • Bar Muscle up
  • Handstand
  • Dragon Flag
  • Front Lever
  • Planche

As each skill, I’ll explain later. Some skills are so hard, others not so hard but every skills are good for your body and health to learn. E.g. planche is hard to master so somebody feel it’s impossible to master but …

She said is right, if you believe yourself you can do it, you’ll make it! Even if you just learn planche and cannot do well, I promise your body and health will change. And as another 4 skills, if you practice hard, you surely can do them, I promise.
